Supporting Migrant Survivors as Title 42 Expires

This week the Biden administration will end the coronavirus restrictions on asylum implemented under Title 42. The end of the Title 42 policies has created a lot of uncertainty about migration at the U.S.-Mexico border. In response, the Biden administration has implemented some new policies and the House is set to vote on the Secure the Border Act.

While we do not know exactly how the situation will unfold, Victim Rights Law Center stands with and supports migrant survivors of sexual violence at the U.S. border.
