The Thousand Allies Initiative

The Thousand Allies Initiative mobilizes men to stand with survivors of sexual violence. Nearly one in four women will experience assault, and about 90% of assaults are committed by men. Survivors are our daughters, spouses, and friends. Most of the clients served by the Victim Rights Law Center are between ages 11 and 24. Your donation supports VRLC’s free legal advocacy helping survivors secure restraining orders, protect their privacy, and keep their jobs, housing, or education. This is often framed as a women’s issue. It is not. Men must be visible in the solution.
