Support and Consultation/TA

Victim Rights Law Center provides expert support to legal advocates, lawyers, campus administrators, SANEs, law enforcement, and other victim service providers who work with survivors of gender-based violence.

Whether you’re an experienced leader; new to serving survivors of sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, stalking, or sex trafficking; or fall somewhere in between; we’re here to provide legal, logistical, and practical support to help enhance your program’s capacity to respond to survivors’ legal needs.

Some of the ways we can help:

  • Mentoring new lawyers and non-attorney legal advocates
  • Assisting with program development and outreach strategies
  • Reviewing programs’ policies
  • Researching statutes and case law
  • Providing individual case consultation
  • Offering other support as programs need it

The best part? Our services are grant-funded, which means we are paid to serve OVW-funded programs!
